However you celebrate, I wish you a warm and radiant holiday greeting. I hope this season serves you well with what your mind/body most needs. Thank you to those that were able to join that Master Teacher Team for a good ‘ole fashion tune on December 7th. What a treasured tradition we have started! This is one of the many examples of intentional ways the LTRI seeks to expand, foster and connect to and through Lessac Kinesensics.

Kinesensic Connections online meetings are a benefit of LTRI Membership. Subjects pertain directly to, or intersect with, the evolution, personal use and/or teaching of Lessac Kinesenics and are open to all current members. If you are a member and are unable to attend any of these meetings, the recording will be sent to you via the Lessac Members Google Group the day after the meeting and will be accessible for 14 days.

Preregistration is not required. A Zoom link will be sent to all current members approximately one hour prior to the meeting.

Marth will shares MTT updates around evolving language and terminology and the use of Dynamic Alignment and Pleasure Smelling which has replaced terms like "posture" "c-curve" and "smelling the flower."
