The focus of week one is on well-being through voice and movement for personal application. Participants will be introduced to key Kinesensic voice and body principles by exploring organic body pain relievers, relaxer-energizers, Body NRG’s, vocalizations, and Vocal NRG’s, all aimed at improving self-awareness and self-care for the body, the voice, and the whole person. The purpose of week two is to facilitate a deeper understanding of how the inner and outer environments intersect to support authentic physical and vocal self-expression. Participants will build a stronger grasp of LK principles, and dive deeper into dynamic alignment and body awareness, expanding voice and movement skills to support subjective and objective experiences of “self” particularly in diverse language and cultural environments.

By the end of week two, participants will:

    • Harness the effective use of developmental progressions in movement for self expression,

    • Establish their functional awareness of the intersect between inner and outer environments in action,

    • Explore the links between vocalization and language through curiosity and play,
