This Online Workshop is aimed at exploring the performer’s instrument through the voice, body, spirit connection.

This workshop will explore:

Breath
Body balance, alignment and energy
Vocal resonance, clarity and expressivity
Creative communication with others

This workshop will take place on Zoom and is limited to 20 Participants for each date.

Participants are asked to have a few lines of memorized text to work with.

A link will be sent to all registered participants 24-hours before the event.

Preparing for the Workshop

Prepare some Text

Please come prepared with 2 short pieces of text

1. A short nursery rhyme
2. 4 lines (no more than 15 seconds) of text from a song, musical or play.

Prepare your Space

To ensure that you have the best possible experience, we’d like to offer these tips:

make sure you have a clear space where you can move freely
prepare family or house mates to be mindful of too much noise during the workshop experience
have some water or tea on hand to keep you hydrated throughout the workshop
wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement
