Lessac Kinesensic training programs in bodyvoice exploration for actors, teachers, performers, directors, broadcasters, presenters, therapists, and somatic educators covering Arthur Lessac’s texts, The Use and Training of the Human Voice, and Body Wisdom: The Use and Training of the Human Body as well as the on-going evolution of the training to reflect current research in bodyvoice knowledge.

DISCOVER: Introduction to Kinesensics and application to life and creative contexts.
Experience and explore introductory Lessac Kinesensic concepts, such as, body pain relievers, relaxer-energizers, Body NRG’s, Vocalizations, and Vocal NRG’s, as applicable to well-being;

DIVE DEEPER: In-depth exploration of bodyvoice awareness for performance and personal growth.
Building on introductory concepts, week two will deepen your embodied understanding and navigation of Lessac concepts towards an effective performance of self.

ADVANCED APPLICATION: Applying Kinesensics bodyvoice awareness to specific performance and communication contexts and bridging Kinesensics with all areas of life, performance, communication, and self.
