Please join Master Teachers Deborah Kinghorn and Marth Munro for a 3-Day exploration of Lessac Kinesenics.

This immersive workshop will cover key concepts of Lessac Kinesensics, including:

Body Training: integration and breathing; energy; movement and aesthetics; conditioning and physical fitness; characterization; natural relaxers and energizers; natural pain relievers, and key concepts in Lessac Kinesensics.

Voice Training: The presence and use of tone, consonants and structure in all verbal communication; effective vocal expressiveness in communication; vocal interpretation and expression; texts and subtexts; a tono-sensory phonetic system; the interrelationship of the various aspects of voice, speech and language; and the use of our own voices towards well-being.
